The FindDMVInfo Toolbar may be promoted as a tool that can help teenagers and young drivers to learn how to drive properly and keep them up-to-date with modern transportation laws. Also, the FindDMVInfo Toolbar may claim to help users apply for auto loans and print DMV (Department of Motor Vehicles) forms for free. The FindDMVInfo Toolbar is not endorsed by government officials and is developed by Informer Technologies Inc. that deployed the WatchAnyGame browser hijacker and the My Maps XP adware. The FindDMVInfo Toolbar is classified by security analysts as adware because it may show many promotional materials on the new tab page of the user's browser and it does not provide the option to opt-out of advertisement display. The FindDMVInfo adware may allow users to search for DMV forms on Dmv.org and redirect them to local DMV offices according to the user's geographical location. However, the primary objective of the FindDMVInfo adware remains generating affiliated marketing revenue for its creators.
The FindDMVInfo adware may read the user's Internet history, downloads log and detect their physical location to load personalized advertisements. The ads by FindDMVInfo may include offers to buy car insurances, receive help to register a vehicle, and buy a subscription plan for car services. The FindDMVInfo adware may not look intimidating, but it may decrease your browser performance and substitute the native ads on pages with commercials from untrusted sources. The ads by FindDMVInfo may feature links to harmful Internet location and initiate a drive-by download of badware like YouShaHD Player and ZoomIt. The FindDMVInfo Toolbar may appear under the main utility panel of Google Chrome, Internet Explorer, Mozilla Firefox and Opera, and may not be listed in the Plug-ins Manager. Removing the FindDMVInfo adware may prove difficult for most users, and you could use a credible anti-spyware product to find and delete all files that are associated with the FindDMVInfo adware.
