The Fast PC Prof is a dubious PC optimization application. When the program is activated, it will scan the user's computer and supposedly detect an issue, such as invalid startup entries, corrupted or invalid DLLs, broken links, invalid Registry items, etc. However, if users try to use the program to fix all of the identified issues, they will not be able to do so, unless they buy the paid/premium version of the Fast PC Prof. This is a standard scheme observed in most PUPs (Potentially Unwanted Programs) of this type.

It also must be noted that optimization programs are notorious for deliberately flagging legitimate entries and displaying numerous false positives. Doing so creates the impression that the user's computer is in a far worse state than it really is and could help push the unsuspecting users into paying money to fix all of the supposedly urgent problems.

In many cases, PUPs and computer optimization applications are not installed by the users knowingly. No, these intrusive applications are often spread via questionable methods, such as software bundles or fake installers. That is why it is strongly recommended that users check all of the installation settings, especially under the 'Custom' or 'Advanced' menus, when dealing with installers obtained from less reputable sources.
