Email-Worm.Win32.Hlux.c is a computer worm often found on Windows computers with poor protection. Email-Worm.Win32.Hlux.c propagates as a malicious executable attachment in spammed e-mails. Once a victim clicks on the malicious attachment, Email-Worm.Win32.Hlux.c will be executed and it will harvest all the e-mail addresses in the victim's account. Then Email-Worm.Win32.Hlux.c will send more copies of itself to all the found e-mail addresses. When inside a PC, Email-Worm.Win32.Hlux.c may steal private information and give a remote attacker access to the system. Email-Worm.Win32.Hlux.c will also deteriorate a system's performance so have it removed from your PC upon detection.
