Dofloo

Dofloo is a Trojan threat that was reported by malware researcher on July 06, 2015. Dofloo may enter vulnerable computers running the Linus operating system and harm its owner and the machine itself. By opening a backdoor, which allows criminals to control the infected computer from an unassociated location. Dofloo's distribution method is via corrupted email attachments, compromised advertisements files downloaded from torrent websites, social media end Instant Messenger messages and other known malware delivery techniques. The symptoms of the presence of a threat like Dofloo include your computer presenting a poor performance, inability to connect to the Internet, the appearance of false malware scanners that couldn't be closed and files that not open, etc. Dofloo also may issue Distributed-Denial-of-Service (DDoS) attacks, change files, receive and perform commands from its controllers, disable programs, collect information and share it with its Command and Control servers.

A computer user infected by Dofloo may have various problems when trying to detect and remove it due to the various steps that should be taken to eradicate the infection. By using a malware removal tool, the users can remove the Dofloo infection itself. However, there will be remaining components installed by Dofloo that will need to be removed too so that the users should run a full scan of their machines to find and remove registry entries and other components installed by Dofloo previously.
