Cleantoclean.xyz is a dubious website created to proliferate various online tactics specifically. The page could try to take advantage of its visitors by showing them misleading and clickbait messages or fake security alerts. Infosec researchers, for example, have confirmed that Cleantoclean.xyz runs a variation of the 'Your PC is infected with 5 viruses!' scam.
This particular scheme exploits the name, brand, logo, etc. of a reputable security vendor, Norton in this case, in an attempt to convince visitors that their device has been compromised by several malware threats. Naturally, the NortonLifeLock company has no connection to the hoax website. Users also could be presented with the results of a supposed threat scan. The only problem is that no website can scan the user's device on its own, meaning that the shown results are completely fabricated and only serve as a fake scare.
Typically, the goal of the con artists is to push users into installing a promoted application that could fix the non-existent problems or buy a subscription for a legitimate product. In the latter case, the operators of the rogue website are likely trying to earn commission fees based on each completed transaction.
