Users who contact the two email addresses of the hackers - 'support@freshmail.top' and 'datarestorehelp@airmail.cc.' will supposedly only have to pay half of this original amount. The threat actors also offer to decrypt a single file for free. Trusting the words of people responsible for malware attacks is extremely risky. Victims often pay the demanded money but receive nothing in return, or the provided decryption tool fails to recover all of the affected data.
