Windows Universal Tool aka WindowsUniversalTool is a rogue security program which claims to detect and remove computer malware. Windows Universal Tool is not able to detect any real system errors or malware. This fake program was designed by criminals with the intention to trick users out of their money. Windows Universal Tool may enter a system via drive-by downloads or Trojans and once it is inside a system it will display fake pop-up alerts and warning messages.
The fake alerts are used to scare users and make them believe they have dangerous viruses on their systems which can only be removed with the full version of Windows Universal Tool. Windows Universal Tool is from the same family as Windows Utility Tool and they use the same scare tactics to trick users. Do not waste your money on Windows Universal Tool; it is a useless program that should be removed once encountered.
