Windows Performance Center

Windows Performance Center is a fake computer security program that spreads to different computers by utilizing a Trojan. When inside a machine, Windows Performance Center will conduct a fake online system scan that will automatically detect numerous malware on every computer it scans. This is a scare tactic used to trick users into purchasing the "full" version of Windows Performance Center in order to remove all the "detected" malware threats. Do not fall victim to this scam; Windows Performance Center is unable to detect or remove any type of computer malware.
