Technical support tactics are very commonly used by con artists that want to increase the sales of an application that, otherwise, will not be welcomed by computer users due to its poor performance. However, they need to know that it is a technical support tactic, which intent is to convince the computer users that they must download and install a security program or a system cleaner that is completely useless and, consequently, unnecessary.
