Win64/Reveton.E is a Trojan infection that may be included into the download and installation of a shareware or freeware from a third party provider. Win64/Reveton.E may prevent computer users from accessing their machines. Win64/Reveton.E will display a message accusing the computer user of unlawful actions and ask for the payment of a fine using Ukash, MoneyPack, MoneyGram or even Bitcoins. To make its warnings look authentic, Win64/Reveton.E will send it as an alert from Interpol, FBI and other trusted institutions. The accusations are unfounded, and the payment of the 'fine' will not make any difference. Computer users should ignore Win64/Reveton.E fake warnings and use an updated and reliable anti-malware device to remove Win64/Reveton.E from their computers promptly.
