Win32/Tnegae.auge is a virus that can destroy an attacked PC. Win32/Tnegae.auge circulates through infected websites, spam email messages and free applications. After installation on the affected PC, Win32/Tnegae.auge makes changes to registry entries and creates potentially infected files. Win32/Tnegae.auge reduces the PC's performance, slows the PC's operating when computer user browses online, crashes the Web browser, and freezes up the PC. Win32/Tnegae.auge can disable a variety of applications by terminating their running processes. Win32/Tnegae.auge can turn off the firewall protection without the victim's consent, surreptitiously steal private details or drop and install other malware infections onto the corrupted PC.
