Win32:Ransom-WH
Win32:Ransom-WH is a ransomlock Trojan that is a component of a ransomware threat. Win32:Ransom-WH is used by cybercriminals to spread a specific ransomware to affected computers. While being installed on a corrupted machine, Win32:Ransom-WH blocks the computer and asks PC users to pay a fine via Ukash or Paysafecard to restore access to the locked computer. Win32:Ransom-WH shows a fraudulent pop-up warning message, which speaks in the name of a particular governmental institution or Police and blames victims for conducting certain illegitimate actions. The phony pop-up notification illustrated by Win32:Ransom-WH claims that the computer user has breached the certain laws and must pay a ransom to unlock the computer and avoid punishment. You should not be scared and rely on any ransomware delivered by Win32:Ransom-WH because it's a fraud designed by cybercriminals to extort money from credulous Internet users.
