Win32:Agent-APRIK is a Trojan that may serve as a proxy server. Once installed on an infected computer system, Win32:Agent-APRIK drops malicious files. Upon execution, Win32:Agent-APRIK creates a copy of itself in a certain location. Win32:Agent-APRIK receives data and commands from a remote server or the Internet. Win32:Agent-APRIK includes a list of web addresses. Win32:Agent-APRIK may gather certain information used to access specific websites. Win32:Agent-APRIK can execute the malicious operations such as remove itself from the affected computer, set up a proxy server and update itself to a newer version. Win32:Agent-APRIK may also gather personal information when the computer user browses particular websites. Win32:Agent-APRIK strives to transmit collected information to a remote server.
