W32/Cridex.A is a dangerous computer virus which is included in a fraudulent Delta airline itineraries email that is generated to seduce PC users to click on the embedded infected links. The spam email uses a URL redirection to a malicious website that takes advantage of the Adobe Flash Exploit - CVE-2011-0611 and Java Plugin LaunchJNLP DocBase Exploit - CVE-2010-3552 to be able to download and execute a binary file from the URL "hxxp://uk?.com/w.php?f=21&e=8". The exploit algorithm is used in this campaign is the same as the exploit used in NACHA payment scam. The Java script on the destination page is built on the fly from the data involved on the same page. W32/Cridex.A can steal your sensitive financial data such online banking credentials and email. If you get such fake email from Delta Airlines that can infect your PC with W32/Cridex.A, ignore this email message and delete it from your inbox as soon as possible.
