The ViperDJ application is promoted on the Viper.dj domain and freeware packages as the most intuitive music player that would allow everyday users to play music as disc jokeys and entertain their friends with customized mixes. The ViperDJ application may allow you to play music files with an option to apply filters and effects, but it is considered as a Potentially Unwanted Program (PUP) because advertisers support it. The developers of the ViperDJ application rely on displaying advertisements in your browser to fund their work and keep ViperDJ free. Moreover, the installer of the ViperDJ application may contain offers to install third-party software like Claro LTD Toolbar, Babylon Toolbar and MyStart by Incredibar. The programs mentioned before may change your default search engine and disable the pop-up blocking mechanism of your Internet browser to show shopping and search recommendations. The ads powered by ViperDJ may appear on Google, Bing, Amazon and eBay, and you may be presented with corrupted commercials that redirect you to harmful domains.
