VIPCoupon is adware that claims to make a computer user's Internet surfing activities more efficient and save time and money by delivering various deals, discounts, offers and coupons. VIPCoupon may cover the screen of the computer system with random pop-up box advertisements and messages including coupons, sponsored links, deals and discounts based on the computer user's queries and interests when he is surfing on the Internet, and possibly rerouting PC users to unknown websites. Suspicious websites related to VIPCoupon may be created to make a profit from increased web traffic and clicks on ads. When installed, VIPCoupon may embed a browser add-on, plug-in or browser extension to all Web browsers such as Internet Explorer, Google Chrome and Mozilla Firefox installed on the PC. VIPCoupon may proliferate and access the computer system through packaged free applications that computer users download from the Internet.
