The VideoFox browser app is promoted to give computer users a new way to enjoy online videos, and that may invite many computer users to install it. The VideoFox browser app can be downloaded directly from the web, or you might encounter it in freeware installers when you explore the 'Custom' or 'Advanced' option. However, security researchers classify the VideoFox browser app as adware because it behaves as a marketing engine. The VideoFox adware may not work as promoted, but it can inject the pages you visit with several advertisements. The VideoFox adware may present you with banners, contextual and transitional ads, pop-up and pop-under windows loaded with marketing content. Computer users who are infected with the VideoFox adware may notice a new add-on, an extension, or a Browser Helper Object installed in their web browser that can be recognized as the propagator of the ads.
