Unico Browser and BoBrowser by ClaraLabs S.A. are both considered Potentially Unwanted Programs (PUPs) because they are ad-supported and work in close relations with advertisers. The Unico Browser can modify the way search results are presented to you on Google and Bing as well as display sponsored advertisements on non-affiliated websites. As mentioned above, Unico Browser is ad-supported and can record your IP address, search terms, typed URLs and use tracking cookies to generate tailor-suited ads. Moreover, the Unico Browser app can take snapshots of the pages you browse as well as keep a record of your downloads and obstruct your attempts to delete all traces of your Internet activity. You may be presented with the Unico Browser as your default Internet client after the installation of a freeware bundle via the 'Express' or 'Typical' option. Keep in mind that Unico Browser is dedicated to feeding advertisers data about its users and think twice before you decide to keep the Unico Browser app on your PC.
