Ultra Notifier is a potentially unwanted browser plug-in produced by a company called UltraDownloads. The add-on of Ultra Notifier may declare to display best content and shopping deals right on a computer user's Web browser. Ultra Notifier may install itself onto Web browsers like Internet Explorer, Google Chrome and Mozilla Firefox and other major Web browsers. The browser extension of Ultra Notifier is categorized as adware or a potentially unwanted program. Ultra Notifier may propagate and enter the PC as an extra tool packaged with free applications that PC users download and install from untrustworthy download websites. Once installed, Ultra Notifier may create and display intrusive online ads involving sponsored links, video advertisements, pop-unders, banner advertisements, interstitial advertisements, discount coupons and other types of online advertisements. The Ultra Notifier browser extension may trace the computer user's browsing routine by recording the IP address, Web browser name, search queries the computer user enters into a search provider, web addresses of the websites the computer user visits and other hardware and software details.
