EnigmaSoft Threat Scorecard
EnigmaSoft Threat Scorecards are assessment reports for different malware threats which have been collected and analyzed by our research team. EnigmaSoft Threat Scorecards evaluate and rank threats using several metrics including real-world and potential risk factors, trends, frequency, prevalence, and persistence. EnigmaSoft Threat Scorecards are updated regularly based on our research data and metrics and are useful for a wide range of computer users, from end users seeking solutions to remove malware from their systems to security experts analyzing threats.
EnigmaSoft Threat Scorecards display a variety of useful information, including:
Ranking: The ranking of a particular threat in EnigmaSoft’s Threat Database.
Severity Level: The determined severity level of an object, represented numerically, based on our risk modeling process and research, as explained in our Threat Assessment Criteria.

The TubeTime software may be offered to PC users as an alternative entertainment platform to Netflix and Hulu. The TubeTime software is said to provide video content from YouTube in a program window that does not require integration with your browser. Apparently, the TubeTime desktop app can stream videos from YouTube and offer a search service but nothing more. There are no fancy themes for the app, there is no catalog, and you can't use your account at Google to customize your experience in TubeTime. Additionally, users who installed TubeTime reported that their browser might be redirected to commercials and promotional images via vendturead[.]com quite often.
An investigation into the activities of TubeTime revealed that the TubeTime app is an ad-supported product that might reroute users to marketing content using the vendturead[.]com domain. You can watch videos and search for content on YouTube for free, but you should expect to see ads powered by TubeTime being displayed on your screen. TubeTime is classified as a Potentially Unwanted Program (PUP) that performs as promised but lacks many features and may generate traffic to ad networks. Computer users that have a machine with limited video RAM and modest CPU might not appreciate the redirects and video commercials presented by TubeTime. The TubeTime program might suggest users disable extensions like uBlock Origin, Privacy Badger and Adblock Plus, which might block the connections of TubeTime.
Researchers do not recommend using TubeTime for prolonged periods as the program might accumulate a significant number of persistent tracking cookies and Web beacons. Additionally, the TubeTime desktop app may redirect users to phishing pages and exploits kits. The lack of meaningful customization, synchronization with Google, browser redirects, ads and poor search functionality may be sufficient to justify the removal of the TubeTime software. It is advised to remove riskware such as TubeTime and tracking cookies with the help of a trusted anti-spyware utility for maximum security.
