Trojan:Win32/WipMBR.A is a Trojan that can distribute other malware infections onto the compromised PC. Trojan:Win32/WipMBR.A can harm master boot record (MBR) which will make the targeted computer to malfunction. Trojan:Win32/WipMBR.A can wipe the hard drive and, thus, make the corrupted PC unusable. Trojan:Win32/WipMBR.A may propagate to other computers connected to the network by copying itself to a remote server. Trojan:Win32/WipMBR.A can run a copy of the code on shared network resources meaning to execute the same infection on PCs that are connected to the targeted network. Trojan:Win32/WipMBR.A puts its infected processes under the System32 folder of Windows. Trojan:Win32/WipMBR.A functions stealthily by creating a service named 'trksvr.exe' that is mainly based on a system service named 'lanmanworkstation' in order to launch automatically when you boot up Windows.
