Trojan:Win32/FakeXPA is a family of programs that issue a fake system scan that displays fictitious and sometimes grossly exaggerated infection results, driving this point across with obsessive warning notifications. The user is then prompted to purchase the software in order to combat and remove these imaginary threats.
