Trojan.Win32.Bublik.ptf is a Trojan that is a component of a spam email malware attack pertaining to the American Express credit card holder. The unsolicited American Express email strives to dupe computer users into clicking on the web-links added to the bogus message. Once a PC users clicks on any web-link of the fraudulent American Express email message, a victim is redirected to a malicious website, which contains Blackhole Exploit Kit. The spam email also carries a malevolent PDF file, found as Trojan.Win32.Bublik.ptf, exploiting CVE-2010-0188, which is used for downloading the payload itself.
