Trojan-psw.win32launch is a 32-bit systems oriented Trojan; however, it can also operate in other operating system environments, but less effectively. Trojan-psw.win32launch's name is often incorporated into security notifications of bogus anti-spyware programs. For instance, Windows Pro Web Helper adware has been noticed at illustrating the alert message declaring the PC is about to shutdown because a password stealing malware infection has been identified. The security notification on password retrieving infection is often illustrated on the fabricated pop-up messages of counterfeit security tools called Windows Advanced Security Center, fictitious scan windows of Pro Web Helper adware application, security messages notifying about browser deterioration because of the malware threat supposedly detected in its main executable file.
