Trojan.HostsMod

Trojan.HostsMod is a malicious Trojan that surreptitiously infiltrates users' computers. Trojan.HostsMod spreads via spam e-mails, drive-by downloads and file-sharing networks. On entering a PC, Trojan.HostsMod will connect with a remote server and download potentially malicious programs. Additionally, Trojan.HostsMod will give remote attackers access to sensitive information stored on the infected PC. It is advisable to automatically remove Trojan.HostsMod from an infected system with a reliable security tool.
