Trojan.FakeSpyguard is a harmful Trojan that can penetrate a system and run in the background without a victim's knowledge. On infiltrating a system Trojan.FakeSpyguard will install the trial version of SpyGuard which will display fake security notifications to alarm users into purchasing its full version that does not even exist. Trojan.FakeSpyguard may also install other types of rogueware. A legitimate and reliable anti-spyware application should be able to detect and remove Trojan.FakeSpyguard from an infected system.
