TrojanDownloader:Java/OpenConnection.PK
TrojanDownloader:Java/OpenConnection.PK is a Java Trojan that exploits a vulnerability discussed in CVE-2010-0840. The vulnerability affects Java Runtime Environment (JRE) up to and incorporating version 6 release 18, and makes it possible for untrusted code to get browser security privileges under the user's account. TrojanDownloader:Java/OpenConnection.PK may propagate through unsafe web pages. If the computer user is using a vulnerable version of Java, TrojanDownloader:Java/OpenConnection.PK can be successfully exploited and corrupt the machine. TrojanDownloader:Java/OpenConnection.PK lies inside a JAR file and is accredited by a Java applet. The TrojanDownloader:Java/OpenConnection.PK class will commonly have some unclear class names and will be placed inside a JAR package.
