Description is one of a myriad of unsafe websites aiming to shower the user with unsolicited advertisements. The way the creators of the website chose to do that is through push notifications. The good news is that if the user doesn't allow to display notifications, nothing will happen. If however, the users click the "Allow" button, they will be bombarded with an endless barrage of notifications trying to push whatever the people behind wants to display. In most cases, these advertisements will be promoting adult content websites, online gambling websites, and potentially fake downloads for application updates or freeware.

As mentioned, there are countless websites like Once a user gives one of those sites permission to display notifications, the advertisements will pop-up constantly even if there are no open browser windows. Fortunately, revoking the permission isn't very difficult. Depending on the browser, the steps may differ. However, generally, the user just has to open the list of websites with permission to display notifications, find (or whatever another similar site is causing the problem) and remove the permission. Alternatively, the user can just download any reputable security suite and let it solve the issue.
