The crafters of adware should be running out of coherent names to have named an adware as Top-That. Promoted as a program that can provide an improved control for the Web pages the computer user wants to browse. Regretfully, Top-That functions have nothing to do with any improvement on a computer. Top-That was designed to display annoying and intrusive advertisements that may disrupt the tasks the computer user wants to accomplish.
