Toolbar.SearchSuite is an unwanted browser extension that may promote itself as a program, which is able to make a computer user's Web browsing activity much more better when it is installed onto Web browsers such as Internet Explorer, Google Chrome and Mozilla Firefox. Toolbar.SearchSuite may encompass adware and browser hijacker functionalities, and may mistakenly be installed onto the PC by the computer user when downloading freeware. Toolbar.SearchSuite may gain access and control of the PC and make system alterations. Toolbar.SearchSuite may substitute the default start page and default search provider with an unreliable search service website or any other unidentified website. Toolbar.SearchSuite may also be used with the purpose of covering the desktop of the PC with annoying pop-up advertisements related to the PC user's browsing habits and possibly generating advertising revenue from ad clicks. Toolbar.SearchSuite may trace the PC user's surfing activity, and transfer and use gathered data for the aim of displaying targeted pop-up ads.
