EnigmaSoft Threat Scorecards are updated regularly based on our research data and metrics and are useful for a wide range of computer users, from end users seeking solutions to remove malware from their systems to security experts analyzing threats.

Toolbarporno is an unwanted browser extension, which may be installed on the Web browsers such as Internet Explorer, Mozilla Firefox, and Google Chrome. Toolbarporno may promote itself as a program that helps computer users save time and money while making an online shopping. Toolbarporno may appear as useful software but, in truth, it may use tricky techniques to enter the PC. Toolbarporno may usually proliferate and be installed on the computer system through bundled freeware without the PC user's approval. Once Toolbarporno is installed on the computer, it may replace the default home page and search engine or a new tab page with a questionable search provider or other potential advertisement website. Toolbarporno may also insert unwanted pop-up ads and banners in search results of any major search engine. Toolbarporno may result in annoying browser diversions to unwanted websites designed to possibly make money from forced click on ads and increased web traffic.
