The Search.anysearch.net website is associated with the Any Search Manager software that is promoted at Anysearch.net as a search enhancement utility for Windows-powered computers. The Search.anysearch.net portal is the default search aggregation for all users of the Any Search Manager software. The official page for Any Search Manager may say that you can search with Google, Bing, and Yahoo but the program is designed to cooperate with Search.anysearch.net only. At the time of research, the official homepage for the Any Search Manager software is down, and no reason is listed on the site. However, Search.anysearch.net is operational and appears to redirect users to Search.yahoo.com. The links 'Privacy', 'Terms,' and 'Contact' on Search.anysearch.net that are supposed to offer more information on the site are unusable and bring up a 'The requested URL was not found on this server.' error report.

We have received complaints from users about unwanted browser redirects to Search.anysearch.net shortly after Anysearch.net was brought down. The Any Search Manager software may have been distributed to PC users via a network of affiliates, and you may find a copy of the app in free software bundles. We do not encourage users to add the Any Search Manager program to their system tools because there appears to be no support, updates, and fixes to come their way. Additionally, Any Search Manager might edit your Internet settings and force you to load Search.anysearch.net as soon as you open a new tab page, begin an online session and type in the Omnibox of Google Chrome. Cyber security analysts add that the Any Search Manager app may initiate unencrypted connections to the Internet and expose users to Man-in-the-Middle attacks from third parties. The Search.anysearch.net portal lacks a SSL encryption, and it is possible for an attacker to alter the data packets you exchange with the site. The Any Search Manager software is perceived to be a Potentially Unwanted Program (PUP) that lacks adequate support and encrypted network communications. PC users that are redirected to Search.anysearch.net may want to run a quick system scan with a reliable anti-spyware tool that can revert the unwanted browser modifications performed by the Any Search Manager app.
