The Savings Play browser extension may be appealing to users that buy on eBay, Walmart and Amazon. You should know that the Savings Play extension is created by Informer Technologies Inc. and is adware. Security analysts note that most of the code of the Savings Play adware is copied from other adware such as CouponUnity and My Shopping XP Toolbar, and Savings Play may change your default search engine to Mys.yoursearch.me, which is associated with a browser hijacker. Needless to say, you should reconsider installing the Savings Play shopping extension. The Savings Play adware may use tracking cookies, read your browsing and download history to cross-reference with advertising content from ValuedInformation.com.
Moreover, the Savings Play adware may ask users to access their social media feed and send surveys to their friends and family. The Savings Play adware may load surveys from untrusted marketers and deliver promotions via pop-up and pop-under windows.
