The Savings browser extension promises to help users save money, and give helpful advice on how to purchase premium devices like laptops and smartphones. The Savings browser extension does not have an official page, and online shoppers can acquire it from software packages only. You may want to reconsider installing the Savings extension because may push unwanted marketing materials automatically. Security experts alert that the Savings extension is an adware that may flood your Internet browser with numerous discounts, vouchers, promotions, and limited-time deals whenever you open an online store like Amazon, eBay and Best Buy. The ads by the Savings adware may be tagged as 'Brought by Savings,' 'Powered by Savings' and 'Recommended by Savings.' The ads by Savings may be displayed in such manner that it would redirect users to shop on affiliate stores where they may have to pay more.
The ads by Savings may link to suspicious online stores that do not use SSSl encrypted connection and your credit card data might not be secure. The Savings adware may direct users to phishing pages, and users may be welcomed to input their users credentials for PayPal, Skrill and WePay.
