SaveLots is adware that may show various pop-up ads when PC users are using the major search providers such as Google and Bing. SAveLots may integrate itself as a browser extension in Google Chrome, and it may run as a process and a Browser Helper Object (BHO) in Internet Explorer. SAveLots may also embed itself as a Windows add-on. SAveLots may generate an entry in the Add or Remove Programs of the Control Panel; however, removing this entry might prevent it from running, but may not prevent pop-up advertisements from showing. After installation, SAveLots may show advertisements if a computer user carries out an online search using Google or Bing by adding new advertisements in search websites and numerous other websites that may use third-party marketing. SAveLots uses the InstalleRex download and install manager from WebPicks Holdings used to disperse Pay Per Install monetized tools, commonly unwanted toolbars and Web browser plug-ins and add-ons.
