Safe Browsing Ads

There's nothing 'safe' about the extension called Safe Browsing. This browser extension may be installed without your knowledge, and it may turn your everyday web browsing activities in complete mayhem. Safe Browsing is adware – an application whose primary purpose is to display advertisements. Safe Browsing injects some advertisements in the targeted web browser, including banners, in-text ads, sponsored links, pop-ups, and even audio advertisements. Naturally, having so many things going on will surely clutter your browser and annoy you a lot, so it is strongly recommended to keep Safe Browsing away from your computer.

This software doesn't exhibit malicious behavior, but it doesn't introduce any important features either. We advise you to use a legitimate anti-malware software suite to take care of the advertising problems that Safe Browsing may cause. If you are unsure whether you are being troubled by Safe Browsing or not, then take a closer look at the ads that appear in your web browser. If Safe Browsing is responsible for them, they'll probably be labeled "Safe Browsing Ads", "Brought by Safe Browsing", "Ads by Safe Browsing" or something similar.
