RadioSearchs Search

RadioSearchs is an unsafe tool classified as a Possibly Unwanted Program (PUP). Malware creators have designed it to promote a fake search engine called RadioSearchs Search. This threat installs as a regular browser extension or a separate program on affected devices. However, the installation usually happens without the user's knowledge and consent. That is one reason why RadioSearchs and other tools are described as Potentially Unwanted Programs. PUPs typically sneak into computers through a method known as 'bundling' – they get bundled within the installation file of popular freeware.

A classic symptom of RadioSearchs being present on your computer is that your browser's homepage and default search engine have been replaced with feed.radiosearchs.com. This is a fake search engine, as it does not generate unique search results. Instead, malware operators use it to redirect users to sponsored third-party websites and generate advertising revenues. If your system is infected with RadioSearchs, you also may see sponsored links to unsafe websites injected into your search results page.

PUPs like this one should be removed through an automatic malware removal tool, as they leave corrupted files and folders in many places within the operating system. Manual removal is possible as well, although it should only be undertaken by experienced PC users.
