EnigmaSoft Threat Scorecard
EnigmaSoft Threat Scorecards are assessment reports for different malware threats which have been collected and analyzed by our research team. Ranking: The ranking of a particular threat in EnigmaSoft’s Threat Database.
Severity Level: The determined severity level of an object, represented numerically, based on our risk modeling process and research, as explained in our Threat Assessment Criteria.
Infected Computers: The number of confirmed and suspected cases of a particular threat detected on infected computers as reported by SpyHunter.

QwikLinx is considered to be adware which, when installed on a PC, may embed a Web browser plug-in that may embed contextual advertising links within a computer user's websites. When the website is loaded, QwikLinx may scan the content of the HTML and change numerous links in the website for ad targeted keywords. When detected, QwikLinx may embed a link through a double underline which, when clicked, may display an advertisement to the PC user. When the computer user hovers over the link, he may see a small dialog box containing an advertisement. When the mouse is moved away from the hyperlink, the ad unit may disappear. Also, other ads may occur on websites in the form of banners or pop-ups and with the text Quiklinx.
