PUP.LiMo is a Possibly Unwanted Program that may enter a computer quietly, without the computer user's participation. This may occur when the computer user installs freeware, shareware and other similar programs from the Internet without searching the credibility of its sources. PUP.LiMo is linked to an adware program that may monitor your Web browsing and record your browsing habits. PUP.LiMo may display loads of disturbing alerts, pop-up advertisements, fake error messages and more. These unwelcomed advertisements may distort the computer users' Web browsing since it may cover up the websites they are visualizing. PUP.LiMo's unwanted actions may decrease the computer's performance. Since there may be no benefits in keeping PUP.LiMo adware program installed on your computer, it advised to deactivate PUP.LiMo and remove its related adware from the infected system with a malware remover as quickly as possible.
