O Small AB é um Trojan downloader que se infiltra em um computador através de vulnerabilidades no sistema. Depois que o Small AB estiver ativo dentro do computador, ele normalmente baixa outros malwares dentro do sistema. O Small AB também pode levar ao roubo de identidade, aumentar a chance de botnets serem capazes de invadi-lo e bombardear a máquina comprometida com janelas popup irritantes.
