EnigmaSoft Threat Scorecard
EnigmaSoft Threat Scorecards are assessment reports for different malware threats which have been collected and analyzed by our research team. EnigmaSoft Threat Scorecards evaluate and rank threats using several metrics including real-world and potential risk factors, trends, frequency, prevalence, and persistence. EnigmaSoft Threat Scorecards are updated regularly based on our research data and metrics and are useful for a wide range of computer users, from end users seeking solutions to remove malware from their systems to security experts analyzing threats.
EnigmaSoft Threat Scorecards display a variety of useful information, including:
Ranking: The ranking of a particular threat in EnigmaSoft’s Threat Database.
Severity Level: The determined severity level of an object, represented numerically, based on our risk modeling process and research, as explained in our Threat Assessment Criteria.

The Privacy Plus software, also seen as Privacy +, is promoted as an 'All-In solution for all your privacy and identity security' at privacy.plus. In this day and age of digital identities, tracking by advertisers and government institutions many users may be interested in using tools like the Privacy Plus software. Privacy + boasts that it can clean tracks and records of your activity online, your Internet browsing history, file usage and chat records. Additionally, Privacy + might allow users to delete passwords, set up scheduled cleaning and improve the privacy protection in Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox and Internet Explorer. The Privacy Plus software is shareware, and you need to pay for the full version of the program, but you can install a trial copy of Privacy + thanks to its affiliate program that is based on free software bundles.
However, you should not be hasty and install the Privacy Plus software without reading this article further. You should note that Privacy + does not appear to provide contact information except for a tech support line on 877-777-5592, which is shared with the Privacy Dr riskware. The installer for Privacy Plus does not have a valid digital signature, and there is no developer information. Cyber security analysts that tested Privacy Plus alert that the desktop app is designed to show numerous problems related to your privacy that is not based on real data. The Privacy Plus app appears to be a glorified user interface for the native browser cleanup tool in Internet clients. The Privacy Plus instrument does not erase tracks and records of your activity online—it deletes downloaded cookies, saved passwords, downloaded media and Web beacons from your last Internet session. The same functionality is integrated into all Internet clients released in the past fifteen years. We do not recommend paying for the services of Privacy Plus since you can achieve the same effect thanks to the built-in browser cleanup tool in Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Internet Explorer, etc. Privacy + is classified as a Potentially Unwanted Program (PUP) that AV scanners may detect as:
- Adware ( 700000121 )
- Artemis!190881D5AF9E
- Optimizer.9DD
- PUP.Optional.PrivacyPlus
- Trojan.Gen.8!cloud
- virus.win32.mabezat.b
