The PileFile Reminder is an annoying download manager that is, in reality, a Potentially Unwanted Program. Download managers are very common programs that are distributed under false pretenses and that fall into the category of PUPs. Other low quality programs that are often badly disguised PUPs include media players, file format converters and PDF readers. Although the PileFile Reminder is marketed as a way to speed up your downloads and boost your computer's performance, the PileFile Reminder may do the opposite.
