Pest Detector 4.1 is a bogus system security tool that is distributed by Trojans. Pest Detector 4.1 uses fake scan results, security alerts and pop-ups to trick a victim into thinking that his/her computer is infected. Then the victim will be prompted to purchase the supposed full version of Pest Detector 4.1 in order to remove all the detected computer malware. This is all a scam. Pest Detector 4.1 cannot detect or remove any real computer malware.
