PC MightyMax 2009
PC MightyMax 2009 is a rogue anti-spyware application known to infiltrate a computer undetected with the help of affiliated trojans. Once active, PC MightyMax 2009 launches fake security alerts and pop-up windows in an attempt to persuade the user that the computer has been infected with numerous parasites. A fraudulent system scan is used to confirm this. The user is then prompted to purchase and download PC MightyMax 2009 in order to combat these exaggerated threats.
