Palo APP

The Palo APP application is a Web browser add-on that is not likely to provide you with any uniquely useful features. The Palo APP extension has one purpose only – to hijack your Web browser. Such utilities are often referred to as Web browser-hijackers and are listed as PUPs (Potentially Unwanted Programs).

Once installed, the Palo APP add-on will go behind your back and set up the Google.page website as your default new tab page. Every time you open a new tab page, you will be redirected to the Google.page site immediately. You should not be fooled by the domain name of the Google.page website – this page has nothing to do with Google but is using its name to appear legitimate. While this affiliated website does not pose a threat to your system, it is not likely to offer you excellent service either.

It is not recommended to use PUPs like the Palo APP add-on. You should consider removing it from your system via a genuine, modern anti-virus software suite.
