Namely, when people visit Oodsother.space, the page claims to be loading some content, while at the same time, it pretends to be conducting a necessary human verification test:

Since this website has no actual content, clicking on the 'Allow' button only serves to give the page permission to deliver pop-ups on the subscriber's screen. These advertisements also threaten users' online privacy and data safety because they redirect to websites with highly questionable content (like pages distributing Potentially Unwanted Programs (PUPs), online games, adult content, and so on.
