The OneUpdater utility is an application designed to target Windows computers. To convince users to install it, the OneUpdater application would claim to offer reminders in regards to any pending driver and software updates. However, the main purpose of this utility is not to help users apply the driver and application updates they need but to spam them with unwanted advertisements.

The OneUpdater utility is classified as a PUP (Potentially Unwanted Program). Once installed, the OneUpdater application will begin spawning bogus pop-ups that claim that the user needs to apply the latest Adobe Flash Player update.
