The OnePlayer program is advertised as an advanced video player that would allow you to experience video like never before, and it may attract many movie enthusiasts to install it. However, OnePlayer is classified by security researchers as a Potentially Unwanted Program (PUP) with adware functionality. A cautious analysis reveals that the performance of OnePlayer isn't out of the ordinary as far as its video rendering capabilities go, but its interface features panel loaded with ads. Also, users that installed OnePlayer might be presented with banners and pop-up ads by OnePlayer while they surf the web via Google Chrome, Internet Explorer, and Mozilla Firefox. Users can be noted that OnePlayer is very similar to another PUP called MixVideoPlayer that attempts to appear as the PC version of the reputable MX Player for Android-powered devices. Both OnePlayer and MixVideoPlayer feature ad panels and serve their developers by monetizing clicks on ads and are promoted as free video players that most computer users love to use. You may want to look for ad-free alternatives of OnePlayer, and you can use a trusted anti-spyware application to remove OnePlayer from your system.
