MyInfoGuard
MyInfoGuard is a fake security application that uses scare tactics to trick users into purchasing it. MyInfoGuard can surreptitiously enter a PC via a Trojan and display bogus scan reports, security alerts and pop-ups all claiming that the system is infected. Then MyInfoGuard will prompt the user to purchase it non-existent full version in order to remove all the purportedly detected computer infections. Do not waste your money on MyInfoGuard it is a useless application that should be removed upon detection.
