The MyEasyLotto Toolbar is a program developed by Mindspark Interactive Network, Inc. The app is promoted through a network of affiliate freeware developers and browser extension platforms similar to the Chrome Web Store and Mozilla Add-ons. The MyEasyLotto Toolbar is stated to help users find if their lottery numbers have been drawn from the national and local lottery games. It should be noted that the MyEasyLotto Toolbar supports only the USA-based lotteries. Additionally, the MyEasyLotto Toolbar is programmed to change your new tab page in Google Chrome to Hp.myway.com/MyEasyLotto/ttab02/ and offer links to a lottery number generator at Lotterynumbergenerator.net, as well as links to popular sites like Facebook, Walmart, YouTube, Gmail, Groupon, Instagram and others. The MyEasyLotto Chrome Extension requires the following privileges:
- Read and change all your data on the websites you visit.
- Replace the page you see when opening a new tab.
- Read and change your browsing history.
- Manage your downloads.
- Manage your apps, extensions and themes.
The MyEasyLotto Toolbar has versions for Internet Explorer and Mozilla Firefox, but those versions alter the new tab page and start page settings as well. All versions of the MyEasyLotto Toolbar are designed to redirect users to Hp.myway.com/MyEasyLotto/ttab02/ and welcome them to search via a customized version of the Myway.com search provider. You should take into consideration that the MyEasyLotto Toolbar is an ad-supported program. The MyEasyLotto software is classified as a Potentially Unwanted Program (PUP) that may use its wide range of privileges to collect information about your online activity and helps marketers deliver personalized advertisements on your new tab and start page powered by Hp.myway.com/MyEasyLotto/ttab02/. The MyEasyLotto extension can be downloaded from Chrome.google.com/webstore/detail/myeasylotto/feeidicocfobomaabepnamkfbepcdhjc and its official page, but it lacks an entry on the Mozilla Add-ons platform. AV scanners may flag the IE installer for the MyEasyLotto Toolbar as:

- Application.Win32.BrowseFox.nlnbg
- GrayWare/Win32.StartPage.gen
- MyWebSearch.J (v) (not malicious)
